The ATS Group was established in London on 19th January 1973 and within a few years became a leading distributor and exporter of Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEM) and OE Parts Manufacturers.

The Group won awards for the highest International Sales from Massey Ferguson in 1994 and was featured in the UK Department of Trade & Industry’s magazine “Business Eye” for outstanding contribution to British exports in November 1996.

In the 1990s the Group recognised that customers were becoming increasingly dissatisfied with the limited choice of expensive OEM products on the one hand and cheaper low quality replacement products on the other. So, in 1996, the Group launched the ATS brand to offer parts of OEM quality and some parts even
“Better Than Genuine”
but at more competitive prices.

And in the Aftermarket, ATS works closely with selected distributors and authorised dealers, on a long term basis, giving full support in marketing and product development including conferences, exhibitions and marketing materials. In 2001 the Group established a distribution centre in Jebel Ali Free Zone, Dubai and in 2005 expanded to its own custom made facility with 150,000 sq. feet of land for efficient international logistics. ATS is ISO9001 certified and ATS multilingual staff do business in over 10 languages with on-the-ground personnel in several countries around the world.
